Mayor Ruffy Biazon highlighted inspiring acts of honesty and service by Muntinlupeños throughout the year, emphasizing that true progress stems from people's actions. Stories of everyday heroism were shared, such as tricycle driver Romeo Boso and his wife Aida returning a lost phone with P1,000 to the Mayor's Office.
High school student Gian Ong and resident Renato Corpuz also returned lost valuables without expecting rewards, demonstrating a strong sense of responsibility. The city also honored its top-performing government employees, including national awardee Alicia Tanabe of the City Health Office. The Water Search and Rescue (Wasar) Team exemplified Muntinlupa's commitment to service through their heroic actions
