The DoLE, in Labor Advisory No. 30-20 dated Nov. 11, the spirit of the Bayanihan 2 law is to be “inclusive” in terms of coverage.

The DoLE also said that they are already waiving the requirement to submit an Social Security System certification for individual applicants of CAMP after they entered into a data sharing agreement with the Social Security System to facilitate the cross checking and verification of beneficiaries under the Small Business Wage Subsidy program and the SSS unemployment benefit.

“This is to relax the documentary requirements for displaced and temporarily laid-off workers, who shall submit their CAMP applications individually,” said DoLE.A one-time P5,000 financial assistance, CAMP served as a safety net for workers in the formal sector to mitigate the economic impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.
