Metro Pacific Tollways Corp. appointed Arrey Perez as its new president and chief operating officer effective Nov. 20, 2024.
Pangilinan will assume the role of chairman and chief executive in the interim in view of Singson’s forthcoming appointment to key roles within the group. Prior to this, he was senior vice president for corporate services of the Bases Conversion and Development Authority and held various leadership roles in his more than two decades with the institution.
“Please join me in expressing our gratitude to Babes for his contributions to MPTC. At the same time, let us extend a warm welcome to Arrey as he assumes his new role as president and COO of our tollways group, and a board member of MPTC,” Pangilinan said.
