A MOTORCYCLIST who rode against the flow of traffic on the Sungai Besi-Ulu Kelang Elevated Highway and suspected to have caused the death of another rider has surrendered to police. Ampang Jaya district police chief Mohd Azam Ismail said the 41-year-old suspect lodged a police report on the incident yesterday at the Kajang police station.
