THE Philippine National Police's Highway Patrol Group-Provincial Advisory Group -Rizal province has recommended a perpetual ban on a reckless motorcycle rider that figured in a tragic Marilaque Highway accident while performing a 'superman-like' motorcycle stunt.Motorcycle rider John Louie Arguelles was killed in the daredevil stunt, while his companion-rider Rico Buyawan survived.

Moreover, the provincial HPG also said that Marilaque should be designated as a traffic discipline zone, local authorities must impose stricter speed limits, conduct regular enforcement operations, hold mandatory safety briefings for group rides and set up roadside CCTV monitoring to discourage thrill-seeking behavior and instill responsible riding attitude.
