“May pagka-maalinsangan bukas ng tanghali kaya mataas po ang taiyansa ng mga pagulan pagsapit ng hapon at gabi dulot ng localized thunderstorm,” she added. The entire Visayas and Mindanao, on the other hand, will also have clear skies from morning until noon, but rains caused by localized thunderstorms should also be expected during the afternoon and evening.
Meanwhile, the rest of the country’s coasts, including the inland seas of Visayas and Mindanao, will have slight to moderate sea conditions.
