“Instead na idiretso sa [ibang ahensya ng] gobyerno ‘yung kanilang mga donasyon, idinidiretso sa tanggapan ni Vice President Leni Robredo dahil nakita nila na tama ‘yung ginagawa,” Fresnedi noted.
