LUCENA CITY — An unidentified gunman shot and wounded a money lender while the victim was collecting payment on Sunday, April16, in Antipolo City, Rizal province, police said.
Investigators said Marcy Bobet Rivera was attacked and shot twice with a handgun, the Region 4A police reported Monday.Rivera was collecting payments from his lending business customers in Barangay Cupang around 2 p.m. when he was shot. The gunman fled aboard a motorcycle after the shooting, leaving his target with gunshot wounds on his thigh and nape.
