"What will be affected is traffic management. Mga streetlights at footbridges ang mga proyekto po namin ang di nabigyan for 2023,” MMDA Traffic Discipline Office Director Neomie Recio added. By program, the lion's share of MMDA's budget at P2.5 billion was set aside for solid waste management.
