Attention, motorists! The MMDA says it will suspend the expanded number coding scheme on Monday, July 24.
"Suspendido ang pagpapatupad ng expanded number coding scheme sa Lunes, Hulyo 24, 2023. Planuhin ang inyong biyahe, sumunod sa batas trapiko, at mag-ingat sa pagmamaneho," the MMDA announced Saturday.

The agency said 1,354 personnel would be deployed to manage vehicular and foot traffic and to help in emergency response and crowd control.
There will be a zipper lane along the southbound section of Commonwealth Avenue to give way to vehicles of government officials and guests going to the Batasang Pambansa Complex where Marcos will deliver his SONA.
