THE Metropolitan Manila Development Authority on Friday launched an application where motorists can now file their complaints or contest their traffic citations.In a statement, the MMDA said motorists can log on to https://bit.
ly/3J62YhH where they will fill out a Google form to be uploaded along with pertinent documents like the Unified Ordinance Violation Receipt , driver's license, and the vehicle's Official Receipt/Certificate of Registration .The MMDA said that the MMDA-Traffic Adjudication Division will contact the complainants within three days for pre-processing of the case.
