MMDA holds groundbreaking of new annex building, launches enhanced communications center

The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority on Tuesday held the groundbreaking of its five-storey Annex Building under construction at its new office in Pasig City.

It will also feature function halls for events, seminars, and trainings, as well as an emergency evacuation center. “Our Communications and Command Center will be the nerve center for information management and decision-making, guiding our efforts in traffic control, disaster response, and public safety, MMDA Chairman Don Artes said.
