MANILA — The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority on Friday said it eyed doubling the P500 fine and requiring an additional seminar for jaywalkers on EDSA and C-5.

"Iyong pinagawa namin, iyong pinakataas niya hindi na namin pinalagyan ng bakal para medyo tusok-tusok siya. Para kung sakaling may matigas talaga ang ulo na sumampa doon e medyo ma-scratch naman siya," he added. "Dumadaan ako d'yan. Napapansin ko, lalo na sa may sa Guadalupe, talagang nagtatawiran.
