THE Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) and the Commission on Elections (Comelec) signed a memorandum of agreement (MoA) on Tuesday aimed at coordinating and sharing each other's assets for the 2025 national and local elections.

Artes said the MMDA had up to 336 CCTV cameras.'We will share MMDA's assets, including our command center, our body cameras, radios, deployable cameras and mobile command center. All these will be under the disposal of the poll body,' Artes said.The MMDA shall assist the Comelec with manpower and logistical support. This is to help the election officers in removing unlawful election materials.
