ORMOC CITY — A senior citizen who was reportedly missing was found dead in Barangay Baugo, Maasin City, Southern Leyte on Sunday, April 2.Lt. Col. Jayson Balbarona, chief of the Maasin police, identified the victim as Renato Laraga Costillas, 62, and a resident of Barangay Baugo, Maasin City, Southern Leyte.
Initial investigation showed that the victim was last seen alive while talking with his neighbors at the waiting shed near the Barangay Baugo National High School before he left to get home on Friday, March 31.
