A college student was found dead in a barangay in Tuguegarao days after she was last seen alive when she told her grandmother she was going out to buy milk.
According to the report on "24 Oras" of GMA Regional TV One North Central Luzon's Jasmin Gabriel Galban, the body of the victim Jasmin Grace Casale was found on Tuesday in Barangay Annafunan East.“Lahat kami naghihinagpis talaga. Hindi katanggap tanggap ang ginawa sa kanya," an uncle said.It indicated that she was strangled using the lace of her vape.
“Allegedly itinapon lang siya doon sa place na ‘yun walang nakikitang bakas na doon siya pinatay at hinihinala nga na sinakal siya sa loob ng sasakyan," said Police Capt. Rosemarie Taguiam, public information officer of the Tuguegarao City Police Station. Police are looking at CCTV footage but are still finding out the identity of the suspect and the motive behind the killing.
