THUNDER BAY -- Thunder Bay Police are asking the public for assistance to locate a missing 12-year-old girl.

Summer Smith was last seen on Wednesday at about 2 p.m. in the area of the 100 block of Algonquin Avenue. She's described as an Indigenous female who stands about 5-foot-3, with a thin build. She's got medium-length brown hair, brown eyes and a medium complexion. If you have any information about the whereabouts of this missing person, please contact police at 684-1200.
