Sa Instagram stories, nilinaw ni Jo na hindi siya ang humahawak sa accounts na may username na @AttyLiletMatias at @juanderpet_. Ang dalawang account ay may pangalang ‘Atty. Lilet Matias.’Sa official X account niya na may username na @thejoberry_, nilinaw niya rin sa Kapamilya actress na si Maris Racal na hindi siya ang nasa likod ng naunang nabanggit na account.
Ni-retweet ito ni Maris at sinabing, “Atty Lilet, nice to meet you! bat mo naman inedit mukha ko. pero hi po!”
