At the press conference of “Voltes V: Legacy: The Cinematic Experience,” the Kapuso actor expressed his pride in playing Steve in the legacy series. Ahead of Tuesday's cinematic experience premiere at SM North EDSA The Block, Miguel told the press, “Hindi ko po ine-expect na ako yung mapipili bilang Steve Armstrong kasi way back, alam ko na na may gagawin na ‘Voltes V’ tapos may naririnig ako na, ‘ito yung actor na gaganap diyan’.”
“So ako, parang, okay sige, pass na muna tayo sa role na ‘to. Pero at the back of my head, ‘ang sarap maging Steve Armstrong ah’,” he shared.
