MANILA Electric Co. (Meralco) said on Thursday that its engineering, procurement, construction and operations arm, Meralco Industrial Engineering Services Corp. (Miescor), had signed a contract with Terra Solar Philippines Inc. (TSPI) to design and construct infrastructure that will connect a Terra Solar project to the national power grid.
