‘It is inclusive and, most of all, it is born out of love’
It is hard to turn a blind eye to the things that are happening in the world now. With all the noise we hear from our comeback to the real world, the national election, and the conflict between Ukraine and Russia, what we all need now is a moment of peace. Dubai-based fashion designer Michael Cinco aims to just bring through a style presentation shown at the Los Angeles Fashion Week 2022.
With the song “Imagine” in his mind during the design process, Michael shifted gears by designing pieces that are more prêt-à-porter yet without losing his dramatic aesthetic. Opulence was present on the runway with his billowing subtle organza gowns and kaftans decorated with romantic floral prints. Elegance merged with contemporary with his take on short dresses paired with beaded coats and leather bomber jackets.
