The 2024 Manila International Auto Show marks the public debut of BAIC’s return to the Philippines. In a bid to make a strong comeback, its new distributor United Asia Automotive Group has rolled out five models.
But that aside, what's the deal about the B80 Wagon? It started out in life as a military vehicle and it's still used to this day by the Chinese military. The civilian version, which is what you see here now, was introduced in 2016 alongside the military version. The Philippine version comes with five seats with the rear benches replaced by a pair of captain's chairs. The electronically adjustable perches can also recline up to 108 degrees for a more relaxing experience.
