The Manila International Airport Authority on Friday vowed to improve services at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport after it was named the third “most stressful” airport in Asia and Oceania.
“Ang number one complaint in terms of being stressful ay 'yung haba ng pila o 'yung mga congestion na sinasabi natin but as you’ve noted one of the things that we removed also is the initial screening as well as the vehicle checkpoint so talagang dahan dahan iniimplement natin itong mga programa,” he said.
“In terms of the baggage carts naman po we are glad to report that with the service provider nakipag-ugnayan tayo sa kanila upang kolektahin agad ang mga baggage carts na ginagamit ng ating mga pasahero upang maibalik ito sa ating mga arriving carousels para magamit ng mga ibang pasahero na pararating,” he said.
