The auction quickly took off with bids rising in $10,000 increments until surpassing the $740,000 reserve. The successful buyer left his fate in the hands of his friend, who placed bids beside him on his behalf.Ray White Noble Park agent Chris Utley said the young first-home buyer was excited to “get in and renovate” his new home to make it his own.
