MEGAWORLD Corp. on Monday said that subsidiary Global-Estate Resorts, Inc. would be developing a P5-billion, 117-hectare township in Cagayan de Oro City over the next 10 years.GERI will be the primary developer of The Upper Central, an integrated lifestyle community to be located in the highlands of Cagayan de Oro and will be its 35th township, Megaworld told the stock exchange.
For the past years, our group has been carefully evaluating the concept of development that we want to put in this bustling city,' said Kevin Tan, president and CEO of Megaworld parent company Alliance Global Group.
