MELAKA: A mechanic claimed trial at the Sessions Court in Ayer Keroh here to two counts of causing serious injuries and intimidating his wife for refusing to have sex with him.
Syed Fakrulrazi Syed Abdul Rahman, 41, pleaded not guilty before judge Darmafikri Abu Adam yesterday.
The accused is alleged to have caused hurt to his wife Rabiatul Adawiyah Abu Hassan, 33, by hitting her head and nose, which caused her to have serious injuries. For the second offence, Syed Fakrulrazi is said to have threatened to kill his wife at the same place, date and time after she allegedly refused to have sexual intercourse with him.
