The only time she went out was to accompany her 89-year-old mother when she was swabbed last week and underwent an X-ray at the Riverside Medical Center in Bacolod, the mayor said. Meanwhile, there were 95 new COVID-19 cases and three deaths in Bacolod City on Thursday, while Negros Occidental had 62, the Department of Health said.
