The Cities and Municipalities Competitiveness Summit was held last Oct. 20. It is an annual summit that ranks the country’s cities and municipalities developed by the National Competitiveness Council , with the assistance of the United States Agency for International Development. Meanwhile, Mayor Joy said the real basis of the city’s success can be determined in the life development of every QCitizen .
