Following her stint in the “Out, Loud and Proud” Drag Pride Fiesta 2024 stage on June 15, Filipina drag queen Marina Summers shared snaps from a photo shoot after the show.
The” RuPaul’s Drag Race UK vs The World” runner-up wore a glamourous pink fitted gown with a dainty shoulder strap adorned with soft ruffles at the bottom, designed by fashion designer Mara Chua. “Hello, love. All dressed up. First show in Manila last night! Sooo happy be back and sweatin! Thank you for coming to see all the beautyyyyy!” said Summers in the socmed caption.
Chua has long been crafting meticulously designed gowns and outfits for Summers such as a custom PU leather corset with a liquid silk cape for her solo tour in the UK as well as a red and black gown taking inspiration from a volcano for the Star Magic Ball 2023. Apart from Summers, the fashion designer has also been making designs for other celebrities and personalities like beauty queens Vienne Feucht and Kayla Jean Carter, actress Gabbi Garcia, drag queen Manila Luzon, and many others.
