Marina Administrator Sonia Malaluan emphasized the importance of peer review for supporting various developmental projects aligned with the Maritime Industry Development Plan 2028.Malaluan noted that the assessment's outcomes would provide legislators and maritime stakeholders with insights into the current state of the SBSR industry, stressing the need for an enabling law to harness the sector's potential.
