MANILA, Philippines — More than 60 healthcare worker groups on Friday urged President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. to issue a directive to return the P89.9 billion unused funds to the Philippine Health Insurance Corp. .The group stressed in a press conference that the fund should be used to meet the specific healthcare needs of the underprivileged and to swiftly and decisively implement measures to guarantee the immediate improvement of health benefits.
