Following a slight increase in the last quarter of 2023, the approval and trust ratings of President Marcos once again suffered a significant decline in the latest survey conducted by Pulse Asia.
MANILA, Philippines —
Trust and approval with Vice President Sara Duterte also dropped, but not as sharp as that of Marcos. Meanwhile, Marcos’ trust ratings dropped from 73 percent in December 2023 to just 57 percent in March 2024. It was lowest among class E at 45 percent , followed by those in class D at 58 percent and class ABC at 63 percent .Although Vice President and Education Secretary Duterte’s ratings also dropped, she remained the most approved and trusted among the five highest officials of the country.
