The Philippines must elevate its export performance, President Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr. said on Thursday, June 15.Marcos said that through the Philippine Export Development Plan 2023-2028, the country will be able to do this.
He said the country is entering into various agreements like the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership in order to improve the country's export performance, which has been tagged asThe government is also pursuing various free trade agreements with countries such as South Korea, the United States, and European countries.
The President said the government is also studying what other countries are doing to attain successful trade agreements and export performance.
