President Ferdinand ''Bongbong'' Marcos Jr. has ordered the integration of all the country's flood control management projects under the Department of Public Works and Highways . ''This is a direct instruction of the President to me, that we have to integrate all these components in the… particularly in the major projects, flood control projects of the department,'' DPWH Secretary Manuel Bonoan said during a press briefing in Malacañang on Tuesday.
