KUALA LUMPUR - “Congratulations to our Philippine Women’s National Football Team on their historic triumph against New Zealand at the FIFA Women's World Cup! A momentous first-ever world cup win for the Philippines!” Marcos said in a tweet., 1-0, in the game held in Wellington, New Zealand. New Zealand was not able to score a single goal with Philippine goalkeeper Olivia McDaniel showing relentless defense at the course of the game.
