The Manila Zoo, which will undergo rehabilitation, will be the “best zoo in Asia” and will help stimulate the city’s economy, Mayor Francisco “Isko Moreno” Domagoso said.
The mayor attended the groundbreaking for the ambitious project on Saturday, July 25, Manila Zoo’s 61st founding anniversary.
