MANILA-- Manila City Mayor Isko Moreno Domagoso said the capital city's local government has filed charges against a barangay chairman who was involved in cockfighting.
"Mayroon po tayong bagong kinasuhan na chairman. Nahuli po silang nagsasabong at nakakuha po tayo ng mga testigo na talagang naglaro sila ng sabong," he said during a Palace press briefing.Cockfighting remains prohibited in GCQ areas and even in modified general community quarantine areas.
