The Manila Chooks lost against the Doha QSC of Qatar, 16-21, which eliminated them from the tournament held at the SM Seaside City Cebu Mountain Wing area. Dejan Janjic led Doha with 13 points while Alioune Sy B Ndoye and Mohamed Abdelaziz E Abdelkawy each scored three points, with the latter nailing the game-winning basket.
Now, he is the head trainer of both the Cebu Chooks and Manila Chooks, and the playing coach of the latter.
