Three months after receiving medical help through GMA Kapuso Foundation, a 29-year-old man with paranoid schizophrenia has finally completed his three-month stay in a psychiatric ward.
According to "24 Oras," Wednesday, Jun, not his real name, was first diagnosed with the condition in 2014.But because of poverty, his parents couldn't afford his treatment. His behavior eventually worsened, making his family lock him up inside a room."Hindi makatulog. Nagdadabog. Pati 'yung pader, ginaganon niya hanggang masaktan 'yung kamay niya," his mother said.
So kailangan ituloy-tuloy natin 'yung mga gamot niya," he said.
