Police arrested a 39-year old man who allegedly raped a Grade 2 male student in Pasig City.According to Emil Sumangil’s exclusive report on Wednesday's “24 Oras”, the Pasig police said the suspect invited the victim to eat at a fast food chain and later took him to his house.Based on the complaint, the police said the victim was going home from school when the suspect spotted him.“Hindi sila magka anu-ano, wala silang relationship.
