A 25-year-old man has been charged with attempted murder after allegedly stabbing someone in Brisbane’s CBD.

Police say the man from Dulacca, 400 kilometres north-west of Brisbane, and a 44-year-old man began fighting on Adelaide Street about 4.40pm on Tuesday when the 44-year-old was stabbed in the chest.The victim was taken to hospital in a serious condition.On Friday, police found and arrested him at a home in Dulacca.

He has since been charged with one count each of attempted murder, grievous bodily harm, and acts intended to cause grievous bodily harm.
