A man wanted by police over the death of 31-year-old teacher Dannielle Finlay-Jones in a western Sydney home on Sunday has been arrested after a lengthy police operation in the Blue Mountains.

Inset: Dannielle Finlay-Jones, left, and Gaddie.Despite the efforts of emergency services who were called to the scene at 2.30pm, Finlay-Jones could not be revived and was declared dead at the home. About 12.30pm on Tuesday, officers found Gaddie at Fletchers Lookout in Wentworth Falls. He was standing on the other side of the safety barriers.
In a press conference on Monday, police said Finlay-Jones’ death was not “random” and detectives were looking into whether the pair met online.Gaddie’s innocuous Tinder profile, which surfaced on Tuesday, shows a series of selfies at work on a construction site, and on hikes in what appears to be the Blue Mountains.
