WINDSOR, N.S. — RCMP arrested and charged a Windsor man following a string of thefts from vehicles in the community on Tuesday, Feb. 21. Just before 8 p.m.

West Hants District RCMP arrested and charged a 25-year-old Windsor man following a string of thefts from vehicles in the community on Feb. 21. FileWINDSOR, N.S. — RCMP arrested and charged a Windsor man following a string of thefts from vehicles in the community on Tuesday, Feb. 21.

Just before 8 p.m. Tuesday, police received several reports of vehicles having been broken into and items stolen from inside overnight. Police said at least eight vehicles on Payzant Drive, Fairfield Court, Town Road and Goosie Loop were broken into.He was taken to the police station and was later released on conditions.The man is expected to face charges of mischief and possession of property obtained by crime and is expected to appear in Windsor provincial court on April 4.
