A man has been rushed to hospital in a critical condition following an altercation in the front yard of a Brisbane home. It's the second incident in the city in less than 24 hours following the murder of mother-of-two Emma Lovell.
Queensland Police believe a dispute occurred in the front yard of a Loganlea home on Packet Crescent on Tuesday about 9:30pm.Both were rushed to hospital, with the man in a critical condition.
“Through some very good investigation skills demonstrated by the detectives, they managed to locate four persons who were taken into custody," he told reporters. It's been alleged the teens that have been charged had entered the home before the family's dogs barked at the intruders and woke Emma and Lee.

Picture: 7News Lee was later discharged from hospital and returned to the crime scene where he spoke to reporters briefly about his"beautiful" wife."We are all just devastated by her loss. It's senseless.""So for the first time in 11 years we spent Christmas day on the beach, even managed to cook up some bacon and eggs," she wrote on social media.Police at the crime scene in the northern Brisbane suburb of North Lakes on Tuesday morning following the murder.
