A recent viral video of a man who allegedly seemed high on drugs has made its rounds around social media, particularly Twitter.Luckily this aunty had not suffered any issues dealing with this man. People who are high on drugs usually act out of control and can even kill. Scary. Look at what’s in the plastic he’s holding.
In the video, the woman also questions the man on whether he is on drugs as he hit her car but does not get a coherent response from him. The video also shows the woman asking the man to show his identification card, presumably to identify him, but the man seems to not understand her question.
