On December 22, the man was driving when his Toyota Hilux rolled on Moulamein Road in Moulamein, fatally wounding the boy and injuring another four-year-old boy, who was airlifted to Melbourne Children's Hospital in stable condition.Young man killed in 'targeted shooting' at home in NSW Hunter region
This morning, he was released from hospital and attended Deniliquin Police Station, where he was arrested at around 10am. The man was charged with dangerous driving occasioning death, causing bodily harm by misconduct in a motor vehicle, negligent driving, and two counts of driving with young children not properly restrained.The man was granted conditional bail and is due to appear in Deniliquin Local Court in February.
