The Malaysian government is introducing reforms in the 13th Malaysia Plan (RMK13) to ensure smooth project implementation and reduce the number of stalled or delayed projects. Among the reforms is a focus on addressing land issues before project approval and funding. The government will also implement stricter procedures for land verification with federal or state land authorities.
