The city government explained that the department’s new residency training program aims to provide a comprehensive and multidisciplinary approach to healthcare and the production of highly-skilled physicians who are equipped to handle various health concerns and challenges faced by the community. The PAFP is a professional organization of family physicians in the country whose purpose is to promote excellence in family medicine.
