The Taguig City government criticized Makati City Mayor Abby Binay for claiming that the jurisdiction dispute over the Bonifacio Global City commercial district and seven barangays is not yet over. READ:
“Our legal dispute with Makati has come to an end. However bitter the result may be to the losing party, the final decision must be accepted with good grace,” the Taguig government said on Saturday.
The court ruled that based on historical, documentary, and testimonial evidence, the contested areas fall within the territorial jurisdiction of Taguig.
