Two of three escaped prisoners have been located by Queensland Police after the trio broke out of Palen Creek Correctional Centre in Rathdowney yesterday. 7NEWS
Daniel Badcock, 32, Osiah Pilton, 20, and Antonio David Mene, 28, escaped Palen Creek Correctional Centre inBadcock and Pilton were taken into custody by police at the northern Brisbane suburb of Northgate about 10am on Monday.Badcock, Pilton and Mene were all serving sentences of three years or less.
Badcock was serving one year for selling, possessing and/or using prohibited weapons/explosives, while Pilton was serving one year and nine months for entering a dwelling with intent without violence or threats. Antonio David Mene, 28, is still missing following his escape from Palen Creek Correctional Centre in Rathdowney.Mene still remains at large. He was serving three years for the illegal use of a motor vehicle.
He is described as 170cm tall, light build, weighing 73kg with brown, dark complexion, brown eyes and black hair.
